At the end of your tenancy the agent will inspect the property, and your bond refund will be determined. If you have completed all end of lease tasks: Professional Cleaning and Damage Repairs, you're ready to claim your bond back. Please fill in the fields below and upload the photos of your property or room ready for final inspection.

The agent will make the final inspection, and you'll receive your refund within 7 working days of their agreeing to the claim.
